This was one of our best dining experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. We were celebrating our anniversary and the restaurant made sure to acknowledge it. The food was outstanding. My husband said the lamb ragu was in the top five best meals he has ever eaten. Our server Lauren was so sweet and attentive. They ended the meal with complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. We are so happy we chose Brick and Brine. Thank you for making everything wonderful.

The whole meal from walking in, to leaving and everything in between was outstanding. The wedge salad was great. The bone in ribeye was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms could not have been any better. Whipped Yukon potatoes, delicious. And the baked potato was spot on. The service was perfect. Trevor was our server and he did a great job. Not a single complaint.

We visited Veritas for dinner before attending the Drinks & Deception show upstairs. Upon arrival, the restaurant had a moderate crowd, but we quickly noticed that very few tables had food, which raised concerns about timing. It took about 10 minutes before a hostess even arrived to seat the three waiting parties they were at the door, suggesting they might have been understaffed or in the midst of a shift change. Once seated, the wait times for both food and drinks were noticeably long, which made it a bit stressful given our plans for the evening. Despite the delays, Veritas offers a fairly priced menu and a pleasant ambiance. I’d consider returning in the future, hoping they address the staffing and wait-time challenges.
