- SHSamerHVIPCincinnati / Dayton •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy wife and I had dinner at Serafina last night and we certainly understand now the reasons behind the rave reviews. The food was excellent. We sat outdoors right on the water and the place had a very nice and relaxed ambience. The service was excellent as well. I could tell that every staff person was trying their best and hustling around. Staff was very attentive and sincere. My wife had pasta with a pear stuffing and pesto sauce. I had a generous serving of muscles in a garlic, white wine sauce and the whole branzino, which was perfectly deboned. It may not be in a fancy hotel or overlooking the Fort Lauderdale beaches, but this is a wonderful restsurant with great food, service, and ambience. . - NNickVIPNew York City •22 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoCasa D'Angelo always delivers a fabulous experience. The food is outstanding. The bread, olives and cheese plate that comes out before you even had a chance to review the menu is a very nice way to start the evening. Our group started with the stuffed zucchini blossoms, burrata and the eggplant parmigiana appetizer. All were delicious. For the mains we had the veal chop parmigiana, stuffed pork chop, the ravioli special (stuffed with ricotta and spinach in a sage butter sauce), and the cacio e pepe. All were fabulous. Not to be outdone by the food, our server also helped make the evening a wonderful experience as we celebrated our friend's 70th birthday. Aba was extremely attentive, but not intrusive. Her recommendations on the appetizers were spot on! It's wonderful to dine in an establishment that pays so much attention to both the quality of the food preparation as well as client satisfaction to make the dining experience very memorable.More infoCasa D'Angelo - Fort LauderdalePrice: Expensive• Italian• Lake Ridge•4.8
- FFranciscoFort Lauderdale •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFirst time at Mastros and what can I say? Firstly, and most importantly, the attention was excellent. Not too intrusive and just enough to attend to your needs. At times we did have to wait for a second, but I attribute that to the busy Valentine's Day rush. Secondly, the atmosphere, was lovely. For those who want you're more lively setting I would recommend the indoor/bar/lounge areas. for quite an intimate setting, you'd want to sit outside. Speaking of outside - absolutely love the inter coastal view! Last but at least, the food! We had the Branzino, the truffle mushroom gnocchi, and spinach. Then we topped it off with the "piece de resistance," the butter cake! The plating and the flavor were incredible! I was lucky enough to score a table for the Valentine's Day and I can definitely say I'll be a repeat customer! - CCassandraVIPChicago / Illinois •96 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoDune continues to provide an outstanding dining experience and remains my favorite high end restaurant in Ft Lauderdale. It is elegant in its contemporary design. The service is exceptional—gracious, unobtrusive, informative, friendly. The food is fitting for “foodies” yet robust enough for a broad range of tastes. Dune is wonderful for special celebrations or holidays like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day especially when they have musicians like a harpist or saxophonist and singers who add to the ambience. I highly recommend Dune.More infoDUNE By Laurent TourondelPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Lauderdale Beach•4.2
- RRALPHNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe were seated quicking and had a reservation. Beautiful waterfront dining on the intercoastal waterway. Our server Ashley was excellent, friendly and very attentive. We were not rushed although the place filled up quickly. Ordered the sushi as an appy then went with their their fresh fish entrees. truely fresh and delicious. Portions were generous. For dessert we had the cheescake and the 5 layer chocolate cake. We were told all desserts were baked on premises by their pastry chef and it showed. The chocolate cake was HUGE for $ 14 no way to even attempt to finish it. If I had to pick on one item, not their fault, the sunset was blocked by a high building acroos the waterway.More infoShooters WaterfrontPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Lauderdale Beach•4.5
