The former owners of the Venezia Bar & Grill and Café Venezia, Benito and Hilda Gamba, have combined their efforts into the Gamba Ristorante.     Carolina was an amazing server! We have been to this location more than 50 times since we became wine club members over a decade ago. This was an exceptional evening for Cooper’s Hawk dining tonight. We wear a little nervous as we were being sat at our table since we were in the farthest corner of the restaurant, but that didn’t stop Carolina from giving us excellent service all night. The Chicken piccata was the best I’ve ever had tonight. I do order it often and always enjoy it, but tonight the chefs were on their game! All around a great night out with my family. Thank you!

    We used to go to the Signature Room in Chicago for our anniversary dinner. Since that restaurant has been closed down, we needed a new place to go, so we tried Gamba. It was AMAZING. Our food was delicious and served super hot. The appetizer we had was calamari and it was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was beautiful and the feel of family was felt throughout; from the pictures on the walls to the servers. Highly recommend Gamba.
