Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined.     We really enjoy Bar Cecil. Great atmosphere with beautiful bar and retro artwork. Good Old Fashioneds to start, anddelicious rolls Parker House style. I enjoyed a skirt steak- frittes, and the frittes were perfect. My wife ordered a pasta with too much pepper for her taste, and our server Eric had it remade with minimal pepper in a few minutes. We’ll be back every time we’re in town .

    Once a year we come up to big bear for my daughters birthday and she always wants to eat here. The food here is always amazing and the staff is always so friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone that love Italian food.

    The food is amazing. Best schnitzel I’ve had since going to Germany. Order extra sauce on the side. We had a window seat with a view of Arrowhead Village. While we didn’t stay at the Inn there it looks amazing. Maybe just stop by and have a drink by the fireplace. We will definitely come back

    Always impressed with Bin189 at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Had breakfast here today, the breakfast burrito was incredible, and now has my vote as the best on the mountain. Seems pricey, but the portion is enough for two meals.

    A great place to eat and visit with friends. The food variety and quality was very good. We look forward to more visits there when we are in Arrowhead. The bar is amazing addition with good drinks.
