John was the best author. So enthusiastic and warm. The food was out standing and the restaurant decor was great. Would come here everyday if I could. The view is like no other and the people were so helpful.

We love eating here every time we come to town. It is such a fun place to eat and the food is fantastic! We will be back!

Always a great meal and cocktails. This is our go to place for special nights out . Last night for the first time, I tried the French onion soup. It was outstanding. And Josh, the bartender as usual is outstanding.

Went for brunch and loved it. I have previously only been for dinner. I will say me and someone else in our party both had a few cups of coffee all of which were barely warm and certainly not hot. Another person in our group wanted a sweet breakfast item but there wasn’t a pancake, waffle, or French toast on the menu and when we asked the server she recommended the kids menu.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits to Afterwords. The walk from the hotel was short and beautiful. The atmosphere was classy yet casual, with high ceilings and comfortable seating. There's a sommelier on staff, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a type of wine I like on the menu that you can't find just anywhere. The charcuterie offering made a nice dinner, including the arugula with tasty balsamic blaze that came with it. My server, Bear, was great. Wish this group would set up shop in Asheville where I live!
