When one says, “Mi Vida,” they are telling someone special how much they mean to them. MI VIDA describes how we feel about our team and our guests. It is our expression of Mexican culture and cuisine as interpreted through the lens of Chef Roberto Santibañez. Service started a little slow, but our server had many tables and it's a Saturday night in DC. Fine after he turned some tables. Food was excellent and came out at a nice pace. Look forward to coming back!

We did the Taste of the South family style dinner experience. Which is funny being we are southerners in DC for a wedding. But had to see if the menu met southern standards. ;) Not only a great value but also a tasty sampling of Succotash’s popular items. Fried green tomato salad, smoked chicken wings, sweet cornbread, collard greens, smashed potatoes, deviled eggs, shrimp and grits, ribeye, chicken and waffles, hummingbird cake balls, chocolate pecan tarts. I was concerned about portion size since my sons and husband are healthy eaters. :). No worries. No one left hungry. All delicious though my husband likes my deviled eggs better. The cocktails were excellent also. I forget our server’s name but she was also top notch. Would highly recommend and will return.
