What an indulgent meal and fun experience! We had been wanting to try Bad Roman for awhile but the reservations are always full. We finally got lucky! The space is really beautiful and cozy, it feels special. It never got too loud even though it was quite full. Our server was friendly and never far away if we needed anything. Food and drinks arrived quickly and everything was delicious. We loved the shared pasta and the frozen tiramisu especially. Others have wonderful pictures and descriptions of the food, everything was delicious. Best we've ever had? No. But this place is an experience. Some of the dishes are overpriced but you're in Columbus Circle so it goes with the territory. Go have fun and don't worry what the check reads.

The food was delicious! French onion soup is a must, perfectly melted Gruyère and a generous amount of soup. I also had the Croque Monsieur which was so filling and beautifully melted. Great ambience, attentive staff and we were not rushed. Made for an absolutely wonderful family get together. Will be back!

There were 10 of us & we had made reservations at 5 pm as we had 7 pm theater tickets. Our table was ready for us upon arrival & our waiter was friendly & on point from start to finish. Service was great without feeling rushed & his wine suggestion was perfect. The portions are huge so we started with the calamari & Caesar salad which was plenty for all of us & both very good. We chose 4 dishes, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Scaloppine, Rigatoni & Broccoli, & Penne alla Vodka & all were delicious. We all commnted that the Penne was the best we’d had as the sauce was not too heavy & perfectly spiced. Although we could have only ordered 3 dishes, we all enjoyed the variety of the 4 choices. We finished off with cappuccinos for the table & made it to the theater with 15 minutes to spare. We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant & the bonus was it was very reasonable. I planned a Brunch for my best friends Birthday and Retirement. I became ill and wasn't able to make it. She told me her waitresses were excellent made her feel special . She had the shrimp and grits and it was delicious and she was very Happy and had a great time. Only downfall the DJ she said let switching the music too fast.
