Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra. We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef. We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Great place. Food is always good. The only negative was I paid my bill in cash. The waiter asked how much change I wanted back. Was kind of awkward. He should have just brought all the change and let me decide on my own. He actually, suggested an amount. Ends up that I gave him a 30% tip. Not a big deal but not cool either.
