I recently had the pleasure of dining at rumis and I must say, the service provided by our waiter Arif was exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he greeted us with a warm and friendly smile that immediately made us feel welcome. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he took the time to explain the specials and make personalized recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, Arif was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always filled and our needs promptly met. His professionalism and courteous demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience.

It would be a 10/10 service but the fact that u asked for water and got charge 16 bucks for water is not cool. Don’t rip ppl off man.

My daughter and I dined here for thanksgiving dinner and the food was so good . When it was time to pay , the waitress said someone had taken care of our tab and it was such a beautiful gesture especially because her and I spent the day alone . If the person who picked up our tab sees this : thank you so much ❤️

Justine provided an exceptional experience, going above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. The sushi was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented and the service matched its excellence. Truly the best sushi experience we've ever had! Waiter was great. He was very helpful and attentive. Overall amazing as always. Shaking beef is the best!!!!
