Restaurants near Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens

Our new favorite spot in the “neighborhood”! We’re so happy this location opened under new ownership, it was divine. The atmosphere is beautiful, warm, upscale casual, the service by Deborah was fantastic, & the food absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the baked clams, pizza (pepperoni was our choice & the crust is fantastic!), & a 5 star chicken parm. Everything just tasted fresh & homemade with love & care. Even the focaccia bread with oil & vinegar/butter on the table we couldn’t get enough of. We went early but by the time we left, it was bustling. Next time we may opt to sit at the long & beautiful bar which you could tell “regulars” were enjoying. Excited to go back!

This was our first time dining here and it won't be our last! We sat outdoors (which was wonderful and a little more quiet than inside seating!) and the weather was perfect - there were outdoor heaters as well. Service was impeccable. The waitstaff were very attentive and were helpful in choosing our meals/appetizers. The food was outstanding! We are from Montreal and have fabulous renowned steak houses and restaurants.The biggest compliment was that my husband's steak was as good as one of our favorite restaurants in Montreal :) All the dishes we had were yummy and we had a fabulous time! Thank you so much!

This is the second time that we have had Char as our server. she remembered me from the first time was very attentive with a great positive attitude. Because of her are meal was exceptional. I will always request her when I make a reservation you tremendous compliment to your restaurant.

We had heard about Sea Asian, and wanted to try it with our of town guests on New Year’s Day! It did not disappoint!!! Our server Susie was Stupendous! She is from Thailand- home of the most gracious and happy people on earth-the menu literally has something for everyone’s palate, from Sushi, to Seafood, to Thai dishes… and then some. Our table shared four appetizers including ribs, dumplings, and cucumber stuffed with sushi- NICE START! Everyone had a different main course from Steak with vegetables, Chicken Pad Thai, and Shrimp & Scallops on skewers in a umami sauce. Wonderful evening! Noise level is a bit high- they do have outdoor seating, which would solve that problem. Try it- You’ll like it!!!!!

Great atmosphere and food was awesome! Went out for a date night and definitely would go back
