Atria's History The original Atria's in Mt. Lebanon was owned by Italian immigrant Joe Atria and dates to 1930. It began as a grocery store, then expanded into a barbershop and dry cleaners. In 1933 prohibition ended and Atria's began to sell beer. Along came food to feed the hungry - both highbrow attorneys and blue-collar working men alike. In 1998, Pittsburgh natives Pat and Nancy McDonnell transformed Joe Atria's historical Mt.     Seated in the Emperor room. Alla Famiglia is more expensive than many restaurants we’ve tried in the Pittsburgh area. However, the quantity and quality of the food make it an outstanding value. This was our first and certainly won’t be our last dinner here!

    This was A Birthday dinner for me that my wife wanted to set up. We had 4 of our friends who joined us for this.The service was be on Perfect. Our Waiter (Nell) Went way about great. I used to live in Pgh. for Manny years.( Things Have changed a great deal in 20 years) This Restaurant in this building is Fantastic. The Food was very good. I used to know the Man that ran Station Square. (William Roberts) And he was in our Lodge. So I have been there many years ago. Keep up what your doing. I will be back. Jack
