Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust.     Absolutely delicious food. There were 5 of us and we ordered different items. The brussel sprouts as an appetizer are the BOMB! Drinks were amazing and our waitress Alex was so knowledgeable and gracious! Looking forward to returning.

    It’s a beautiful restaurant. From the moment you arrive, you feel as if you were transported to a classy restaurant in a large metropolitan city. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. With a wide variety of items on the menu, it’s certain to please even the pickiest palate. It is one of few elegant restaurants in Omaha that still serve dinner after 9:00pm which is greatly appreciated. The staff is very attentive, providing the best service. I’m now a regular and routinely look forward to my next visit.

    We had a great experience here for my friends birthday. Not only did we get to pick our own steak knives, which he was thrilled about, but they gave him a card for a free dessert. Everything was top notch from the drinks to the food to the service. We had a great celebration meal!

    It was our first time at Clio and our waitstaff was so helpful, explaining menu items and suggesting options. We were both completely pleased with our choices. The food is excellent, familiar yet creatively prepared. Also appreciate the "right size" portions. We will definitely go to Clio again!

    Another excellent evening with great food and wine. Not inexpensive, but quality food prepared properly is not the norm these days. Lloyd is a knowledgeable and attentive server. We will be back as it is one of our favorite restaurants in Omaha.
