The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. He opened the Fauchere in 1852 and it was run by his descendants for 124 years. We look forward to welcoming you.

This restaurant is a tribute to the late Felix Rosado and the cantina bears his name. The restaurant was not just a destination for tourists visiting the Poconos; it became a favorite to locals. Another great meal at the Tom Quick! Service is always excellent and the bartender, Lynn not only recommends wine according to your taste but crafts excellent specialty cocktails. The chef is consistently good and always comes up with great specials and even comes out to your table to great you as time allows. The historic inn has been beautifully renovated and is very warm and inviting. Looking forward to our next meal here.

From start to finish everything about this meal was superb. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted as if we had been coming to this restaurant for years, but it was our first time there. Our server Christina was so friendly and a pleasure to talk to as was Joe the manager. In our opinion, this was a Manhattan quality steakhouse meal and a fraction of the price. 5* all the way around.
