Overall the staff and service were fantastic. The steaks were also perfectly cooked and delicious. However, our crab cake appetizer and lobster tail both arrived cold and under cooked. The server and manager both were very apologetic and made it right, but at this price point and their reputation it was surprising. The men’s bathroom is also in need of a makeover with dirty looking toilets and a broken sink ( the handle to sink was broken and laying on the countertop). I would return but was surprised about the food preparation misses.

We celebrated our anniversary with a superior meal at Remington’s Prime Steakhouse. My honey-roasted beet salad was delicious; the portion was large enough to share as were the scalloped potatoes we enjoyed with our steaks. We ordered filets which were prepared to perfection. Our server, Jorge, ensured the meal was timed perfectly. We look forward to our next visit.

We returned here for a morning anniversary celebration. And once again were not disappointed. Everything was essentially flawless. The food was perfectly prepared; the staff went above and beyond providing impeccable service; the ambience was serene and exceptional. Thank you for making our anniversary day especially memorable.

Covey’s cocktails are delicious and always innovative. Our Tortellini Michelle was really great, cooked to perfection with tortellini al dente, steak tender, and gravy sooo good and not over-salted which happens too often in restaurants. The Rye-Spice cocktail was perfect—a touch of sweet but not too much. The All Things Vice cocktail with Titos, chai, pumpkin puree, espresso, Baileys with a dash of nutmeg on top was a heavenly after dinner drink to sip slowly. The key lime pie, a complete contrast to the All Things Vice, was outstanding and held its own. The lime was flavor of course stood out…you could see the zest in it—but it was not overly tart nor was it sickening sweet. It was perfection. Our server was friendly, knew the menu, and never missed a beat. She mentioned having just graduated (I would assume from college) and there she was, cheerfully working on Christmas, providing exceptional service.
