- MMaryMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFood was excellent but the service was even better. Very attentive and very quick service. Waitress noticed that my lamb was not cooked as well as I ordered and asked if I would like it cooked more. How nice! The other meal s ordered were just right. Cleaned plates all around.More infoModaviePrice: Expensive• French• Old Montreal•4.6
- DDebbieMontreal / Quebec •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe tomato soup with arugula pistou was fabulous. The 9e burger with carmelized onions was very good, and perfectly cooked -- although the charred outside of the burger did not appeal. The service (Destiny) was outstanding! What a treat!More infoLe 9e - Restaurant Ile de FrancePrice: Expensive• French• Downtown•4.5
- CClaudiaNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a truly lovely lunch at Bar George. The food and our service (from hostess to pastry chef and everything in between) was fabulous. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.More infoBar GeorgePrice: Expensive• British• Downtown•4.6
- MmichaelNew York City •17 reviews4.0Dined on 18 Oct 2024Bungalow has essentially a classic bistro menu with some updates. Fried calamari with salad was an excellent appetizer for two people to share. It seemed fresh and well-prepared. Mains of steak (cooked exactly as requested) and navarin d'agneau (underseasoned) were perfectly fine withoug being at all distinctive. In short, exactly what I usually want from a bistro: a predictable meal of good quality ingredients, classically prepared with no surprises. On the night we were there, it was not at all crowded, so noise level was fine. But we could easily hear the conversation of a table at the other end of the restaurant, so I imagine it might be noisy when full.More infoRestaurant BungalowPrice: Expensive• Market Cuisine• Plateau Mont-Royal•4.7
