Located in the Heart of Sonoma Valley, Loxton Cellars is a working winery surrounded by 5 acres of estate vineyard. It is the intent of owner/winemaker, Chris Loxton, to produce handcrafted wines, made without compromise, that show balance and a sense of place. Wine tastings (no food) are currently offered by reservation and take place outdoors allowing guests to enjoy a lineup of handcrafted wines while taking in breathtaking views of the Mayacamas mountain range. Tastings are $20/person, include a flight of 5 wines and offer a casual and educational experience. In the event of rain we do have you covered, but it can be a bit chilly this time of year so we suggest bringing layers. While we do not sell or serve food, you are welcome to bring snacks or lunch to enjoy in the picnic area.     If you want white glove service, in an absolutely beautiful setting dine here. From the initial welcome, to our servers attentiveness we really felt welcome. We ordered the salmon and filet entrees and they were spectacular. Followed by the warm cookies and butterscotch brûlé. I cannot believe I have not been here before but will certainly make this a destination from now on. Whether your on a romantic dinner, a business meeting or dinner with family and friends come here. Gosh the chandeliers, the fountain and real trees inside the restaurant. And a huge fireplace on the patio. Need I say more!

    We had a wonderful lunch. Dave, our server, was delightful and attentive. Four of us dined. Two chicken Caesar salads, French onion soup and one Shanghai salad and the steak tacos Special, plus an order of truffle fries. We loved that the chicken Caesar was chopped up nicely in bite-size pieces and very fresh, as was the Shanghai chicken salad. Everything was delicious, as always, and we will continue to come back
