Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture.     Fabulous atmosphere, dinner & a show sitting at the sushi bar, had tuna tartar with avocado so fresh, beef tenderloin skewers delicious, truffle Mac & cheese epic! Best part was the dessert baked cheesecake for 2, part cheesecake, mango & macadamia crumble, creme brulee, & mango sorbet!

    Always a great meal, always proud when we bring someone new here and make them fans as well! They know what they're doing in that kitchen all the way down to dessert! We left stuffed and with boxes to take home. Thank you for making our team Christmas/ year-end dinner a wonderful success!

    The staff here is so kind, caring, enthusiastic, and engaging. We care so deeply about them and they reciprocate so positively! We are so grateful to have Amore in our lives. The food is spectacular, but nothing exceeds the level and quantity of affection and service we receive.
