Foghorn Brewery was born of a dream to make craft beer the way it ought to be made—from grain to glass all under one roof.The historic building in King Street had been abandoned for several years when we first set foot inside. In that dusty old warehouse, we saw the potential to create something really special.And so it was that Newcastle’s first modern craft brewery opened its doors in April 2015. The town’s industrial roots have played a big part in shaping the unique character of Foghorn Brewery. Built from the ground up, this art deco era warehouse with exposed roof trusses now houses a custom 1800 litre brewery.

Instead, you’ll need to text a special code to a number on the wall and a host will open the door and usher you inside.     Dinner with the girls from work. Friendly staff and food was amazing. Cocktails were so good but the service was not great. Waited a long time for first drinks and mix up with the food. They brought out the main first instead of the entree. After i finished entree had to wait ages for my main meal to come back out. Other than that, my friends and I had a great night.

    Our day there was good we did the bottomless brunch with the cocktails package, the cocktails package was abit of a let down only picking between 3 wine cocktails if I had known that I would have just done the beers wine and spirits. Previously went to a bottomless brunch in Brisbane and they had table service so you didn’t have to keep getting up and standing in a line to wait for one drink at a time. The staff there were really good we originally had a table booked inside and the staff managed to get us a table on the roof top which was a lot more accommodating.
