Being a free house we pride ourselves in the quality of our real ale, and concentrate on local breweries, such as Harvey's of Lewes and other micro breweries. Been wanting to try this place for a while so went for our anniversary on Boxing Day. The food was amazing! Melt in the mouth beef and the side dishes were really well cooked and seasoned. The owner advised on what we should order and how it should be cooked. Listen to him! Excellent all round.

An outstanding restaurant. Superb service , really attentive waiters and the food was excellent. We ordered two dips- yoghurt and the smoked aubergine with sun dried tomatoes and the lamb ribs which were all 10/10. They had a belly dancer afterwards which was a nice end to the evening and to get us all into a festive spirit. 100% recomendable .

I have been to Dim Shish on a few occasions and it has become one of my favourite restaurants. Food is always beautifully cooked & presented Staff are always friendly & professional Very good value.
