The restaurant was packed and very lively. Although we arrived before our reservation the staff was able to seat us quickly and, within moments of being seated , our waitress, Kai, quickly and efficiently got the ball rolling. She got drink orders and we were off to the races …. Kai answered our questions, got our orders and kept a tab on us throughout the meal. The food was great, as was the service. All in all, a great experience!

Food came fast, food was delicious, and the service was very good.

Three friends met for lunch and ordered three different meals. We all loved th food! Our waited Chuck was helpful but bot intrusive, and quick to see about our needs. As we stood up to leave we stopped to discuss how much we enjoyed the lunch. Not only was the food great and the company nice, but it was quiet enough to really be able to talk. We will choose Char for our next gathering!

We had the steamed mussels appetizer. Very tasty. Soak up the wine garlic sauce with the bread - it’s amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and flavorful. I highly recommend the collard greens - very good. Wish we had room for desert. There are plenty of other items we want to try so we plan to come back. It’s easy to walk out of there with $200 bill with tip so be prepared.
