The cheese on our boards is made from local, whole milk in Hicksville, OH. We use 100% California olive oil in our oil based dressings - it is not cut with canola/soy/vegetable oils. This is our third time at The Standard and our first with other couples. Our waiter, was fantastic. He was on point with drinks, coursed out the food nicely, and was precisely as attentive as needed. The food was delicious. I had the short rib, and my wife had the swordfish. The fish was one of the best seafood dishes I have ever had. The short rib was tender and savory, and when combined with the polenta, it created a wonderful bite. We will be back! Thanks so much.
