First visit, definitely not the last! Outstanding service by Grace. Super accommodating chef, kitchen and manager. Excellent fresh fish entrees!

Our server, Carmel, was knowledgeable and professional. She was attentive to our needs while still affording us the ability to enjoy our meal without excessive interruptions. The plate presentation was classy and the food was delectable. My daughter raved about the grilled lamb basted in rosemary butter. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Always a great meal. Menu changes with the seasons and is locally sourced. Great wine list. Dessert are homemade.

Virtually no one around Gainesville knows where Eleo Hotel or Covey Kitchen is located nor have they even heard of them. That is sad because the service in the restaurant is very good and the food is delicious. The only problem for me is that the ambience is not fine restaurant but Florida hotel restaurant. It was my guest’s birthday which was posted on my reservation but the server was not made aware. Immediately upon my telling her she comped one of the desserts. I certainly hope to return to Covey Kitchen!

You get a lot of food - enough to share. Food was tasty…cheese grits were so good, creamy. I don’t care for sauces but the sweet was good w/a little zing
