The food was delicious. Because they were out of baby back ribs, I was forced to try something I’ve never ordered before. The stroganoff was delicious!

This was our first trip to Francesca - Lincolnwood, as it only recently opened. We were great fans of Francesca's in our Edgewater neighborhood and were sorry to see it close several years ago. We were very favorably impressed with Francesca - Lincolnwood. For starters, there is a convenient and spacious parking garage right next door. We were warmly greeted by the hostess, who we noticed was keeping busy throughout the evening helping out in various other capacities to keep everything running smoothly. The menu and wine list both had lots of choices, and the portions were generous, leaving us enough leftovers to take home for a second meal the next night. The Italian chopped salad was especially delicious and is highly recommended. We also found it hard to choose from the variety of desserts, but all were great.

We e been coming to Maggiano's for almost 30 years. This was our 38th anniversary of our 1st date here on 12-29-1996 which we noted. No mention was ever made about the event. After the first 10 years of coming back we have tried to get back every year but missed a few.We were a bit disappointed with that with the fact that nothing was said to us. The menu has changed over the years but we still had an enjoyable time. Hop to get back next year.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary and the restaurant was incredibly accommodating. I did want flowers for the table and I had to purchase and have them delivered myself. I think it would have been much more accommodating if they had taken care of that and added the cost to our check. Our server, Tim, was fantastic but he wasn't very personable; he used the same jokes and lines with a table right next to us...in our earshot. My wife was gracious but I found it a bit "fake." The food and drinks were delicious, but our water was only filled at the beginning of the meal and then never again. I would definitely recommend but I want people to have a realistic expectation.

We ordered Christmas Tamales from Libertad and I decided to take my husband there for brunch and to pick up the tamales. I'd been there twice before with girlfriends for brunch. Once again it was outstanding, amazing food and very friendly service. We had the Pan de Avo, Panqueques, plus sides of Crispy Potatoes (the crispiest EVER!!!) and Bacon (with a lovely drizzle of maple syrup on them). Everything was just perfect! Will definitely be back again and again.
