The food was exquisite! Perfect! Not one flaw! The drinks were a beautiful experience and the best tasting drunks I have ever had! The servers, waiters, bartender, manager and hostess were all welcoming and pleasant! This was hands down the best experience that I have ever had in any restaurant, in any country on any hemisphere!

Atmosphere was modern and pleasant and not too loud. Food was very good. The crudo was fresh but missing the wild rice. The shrimp ajilluo was tasty and the corn especially tasty and sweet. The whole chicken was seasoned and grilled without turning dry with excellent sauces. Really liked the dressing and hot fries. The brownie is a sweet fudge dessert. Service was pleasant.

We celebrated our 60th Birthdays with Passions on the Beach, and it was one of the most wonderful and memorable dinners we have had! From being so close to the ocean, hearing the waves and the wonderful saxophonist play for us, and the ambience created, to such a delicious meal, it all was so incredibly satisfying! Thank you to your awesome waitstaff and chefs, for such a memorable experience!

This is our 12th time to Aruba and we always go to Madame Janette! When we arrived, the hostess mentioned our seating request and noted which table we had on our previous visit, asking if we wanted the same table! (A year ago) Our meal started with a couple of different German lagers (their beer menu is several pages long…). We chose lobster ravioli as our appetizer, and it was delicious. We both picked the almond grouper as our main course and we loved it; the topping of ribboned carrots and creamed spinach was yummy. Each dinner came with a side, so we chose creamed spinach and potatoes augratin. The portion sizes are generous. We have enough leftovers for a meal today. They also bring focaccia bread with two dipping sauces to the table as you enjoy a drink before ordering. One sauce was an oil/onion/chili pepper, and the other was garlic butter. Both were excellent…just try to not fill up on it before dinner! The service is attentive, and they’ve introduced an extra feature…there is a light on the table that provides a nice glow, and when you flip it, the light turns red. Within a minute of flipping it to red, someone will come to your table to address your needs (another drink, order dessert, get the check, etc). Excellent idea!! I wish more restaurants would do it. Make your reservations in advance - I normally book reservations before we fly in.

First time there. Interesting menu, prepared deliciously. Our server was great with his recommendations of both food and wine. Loved the place! Would definitely go back. Recommend the tuna steak, seared to,perfection.
