Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Beautiful spot, we were able to get in earlier than our reservation at 9:00, by sitting at the bar. The entire experience from start to finish top notch, along with the food!!

Lovely place to eat. Food is tasty and varied. Good quality. Not on the cheaper side of things, but it’s more than value for money. Alan was a particularly good addiction to the experience. His knowledge of wine and food was a very welcome addition to the experience. Highly recommend.

The ambience was cozy and the food was good. We ordered the truffle fries, chicken alfredo fettuccine and chicken kung pao. The quantity was good and the taste was amazing.

If you are a foodie, this is the place to go for a culinary experience. This is an extremely well run restaurant with attentive staff in an intimate setting surrounding a spectacular bar. The cocktails are expertly prepared as is the presentation of each dish. A must visit when in Whistler. Leave the kids at home and treat yourself to this amazing restaurant.
