My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience when celebrating our three year anniversary. Our food was amazing, wait staff was lovely and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Good food and service. It’s rare when they put a foot wrong.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch to celebrate a reunion with my sister and daughter. The waiter Dave was so attentive and kind, explaining all options including things not on the menu. The renovated space was gorgeous, the room dressed in soft pinks with marble islands and arty lighting. The food was presented with imagination and the combinations on the plate were so flavorful. We ordered grilled cheese with crab on a brioche, served with a raspberry sauce, all served on a pedestal, as well as a tuna tartar starter that was large enough for a main. Other options on the menu looked great, although some of them came with a hefty price tag. But if you are ordering lobster, foie gras, truffles and caviar, you expect to pay more. We recommend Zoe's highly, especially if you want to mark an occasion.

Another successful date night at the Albion Rooms! We were excited to come back to try this weeks features and truly appreciate the new chefs creativity and skills! The Gochujang chicken wings were a standout dish. The texture was on point—crispy skin with juicy meat inside. Nicely glazed with gorgeous presentation. Nothing makes me happier than being served a dish that is almost to beautiful to eat. The 1871 burger had all the right elements. The patty was thick, smoky and juicy. Toppings were plentiful and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. It managed to be a hearty and satisfying meal while still providing gourmet taste. A big thanks to Warren, the Smoked Pineapple Express was next level. The perfect balance of smokiness, sweet and tart flavours. Loved the pinapple jerky, every detail of this cocktail was well thought out and executed with precision. Our server Nik was warm yet professional and ensured we had a memorable experience. It is obvious the staff here take pride in what they do. I can hardly wait until our next visit!
