Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Truly outstanding drinks with a terrific balance of flavors. Butter mushroom Old Fashioned for example had just a hint of maple syrup without being over sweet or cloying. Matcha martini had a hint of matcha that enhanced the base gin martini without overwhelming it. Bartenders were friendly, had a great sense of humor and engaging without being intrusive. Well worth the experience.

The drinks here are incredible and the food is SO good. The calamari is world class and the pastas are all incredibly complex and satiating. The hamburger is a must get. My only advice is to go with an appetite
