With quality stonework and attractive sloping edges Lock 10 is one of 46 along the Royal Canal and continues to be a testament to the skill of the craftsmen involved. Our bar is adjacent to the Lock Keepers House, a post that became obsolete in 1961 when the canal was closed to traffic the previous year.     Had a fantastic experience here, the starters were delicious. The steak was perfect, really enjoyed the beef dripping chips and the macaroni and cheese. The deserts were also great and really good value. The service was some of the best we have ever experienced. The staff were all welcoming, warm and attentive, from the doorman to the hostess and wait staff. Would really recommend this place to everyone. Cocktails were also tasty and we found it great value for money.

    First time to Boeuf & Frites, lovely warm welcome from friendly attentive staff. Garlic bread with the bearnaise dip was to die for, and the fillet steak, peri peri chicken and profiteroles with chocolate sauce were all delicious too! Will definitely be back thank you

    We visited Dublin for new years and were told by many to make sure we got a reservation at the ivy while we were there. It did not disappoint! The ambience was beautiful and our waitress was one of the sweetest and nicest person. The food, drinks, and desert were all delicious! We will definitely be going back if we are ever in Dublin again!
