We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program.     Wonderful dinner for two on a Tuesday evening. We came rather early, but by the time we left, all the tables were full and the waitstaff was efficiently handling the crowd. My guest marveled at the fact that there were so many people dining on a random Tuesday evening. We both enjoyed our choices and dessert. The wines (recommended by our waiter) were excellent and my guest enjoyed a liquid tiramisu after dinner.

    Our meal was good. Excellent margaritas at a very good price at happy hour. Shrimp tacos were loved by picky eater grandson. Granddaughter didn’t like chicken nuggets. All the other enchiladas, burritos, and carne asada were very good. Refried beans were kind of tasteless. But overall a pleasant meal.
