Reid’s Cafe is located in beautiful Sugar Mountain, NC. We love the intentional, the specific, and the well-cared-for. There is a reason Americano has one the People’s Choice Award. They are THE best steak house in NE Tennessee. Hands down. Faith is a delightful server. Our food came out on very hot plates and prepared exactly as it should be. Not our first time, wont’ be the last.

Food was amazing and service was good. The only thing I had to ask for was refill on tea and had to ask the waitress to fix our table due to it was not level and constantly moved.

Everything was outstanding, the house beautiful and well appointed, the menu original, the execution of the kitchen perfect, and all the wait staff worked well together, not missing a detail. Give the restaurant a six out of five stars. Charlotte is not the culinary center of the universe, but it would stand at the top of the dining world if it was here.
