We had a great experience at Copper Canyon! Josh was our server, and he did a great job taking care of us. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. The whole team clearly worked together to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. We will definitely make an effort to come back to this location!

Went for lunch on a holiday. Not crowded, great, attentive service and many seasonal specials in addition to the regular menu. Highly recommend!

We thought we would get seated earlier based on the Open Table schedule. Had to wait for seating as we arrived just before their actual opening time. Once past the mix-up, the service, appetizers, entrées and dessert were awesome. We were there for a special occasion, which they recognized at the top (a card) and conclusion of the meal (special dessert). Another wonderful experience; they do not disappoint.

The service was exceptional! Great dining experience. The food was tasty. Some items were reasonably priced and others I think a bit high, but not unreasonably so. Half price wine on Mondays.
