Restaurants near Quality Inn - Sarasota

Much too cold in the dining room. Servers were spread a little thin with it being so crowded at lunchtime. However, our server was very nice and as attentive as possible can ring all she was covering.

Based on reviews and having to book more than a week in advance, we accepted an early reservation and are so glad we did. I consider La Violetta to be in the top three restaurants in Sarasota after dining there just this one time. Exceptional dishes for us were the ravioli osso buco and the sardine appetizer. Our server Frederico was exceptional. We'll be back.

The food at Pietro's is always so delicious that we keep returning time after time and year after year. The daily specials offer an interesting variety of options...LOVE all of the pasta dishes! Wine selection is terrific and the staff are always willing to give recommendations . The new location is a bit small, but very cozy. The owners, Pietro and Susan, are wonderful humans. Kudos to all of the staff: EVO, Wendy, Johanna, and Alejandro! A must go to in Sarasota!

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Everything was delicious and the service excellent. The homemade Limoncello at the end was a treat!

This is a very unassuming place in a strip mall. We had only reviews to go on as we aren't from the area. I have to say the stellar reviews were all on point. Two in my party had the fish and two had their specialty pasta, all where fantastic. I wish I had more time on the island we would have gone back to try something else. Don't be turned off by the "strip-mall store restaurant" food here is topnotch better then most high end Italian restaurants.
