- DDanielSan Antonio •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is the definition of fine dining. Table service is second to none; you never have to wait for a glass to get empty or a plate to get messy. The food always comes out perfectly prepared and seasoned, and the gauchos are amazing at remembering your temperature choices throughout the meal. Aaron is an absolutely amazing sommelier and is always on point with the perfect choice of wine or spirit to complement your meal. I've never had a bad experience at this establishment and have been coming for years. It will continue to be my go-to steakhouse in San Antonio, and I’m looking forward to it now in Dallas!More infoChama Gaucha - San AntonioPrice: Very Expensive• Brazilian Steakhouse• Stone Oak•4.9
