Our waiter Bernard was fantastic! Foos & wine delicious! Although it sounds odd, you MUST try the soft serve vanilla ice cream with olive oil drizzle & sea salt!! “The Rooftop” is one of our go to’s when visiting Healdsburg!

A hidden gem! I enjoyed the chef’s pre-fixed dinner menu and everything was fantastic. The presentation of each course was well done and all of it was delicious. It was hard picking a favorite! The service was wonderful too - friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great tasting foods. Portions are light so you may want an appetizer and/or salad in addition to the meal. Everything was really tasty and cooked perfectly. I’ve been in louder restaurants for sure but I would’ve preferred a little more quiet so that conversations at the table could be held without significant raising of the voice.

Spectacular! Fantastic food and service. Great spot for a special date night out. My partner and I had the chef’s choice tasting menu and it was amazing. Several standouts were the day boat scallop, duck, and bread, butter and jam dessert. If heading to Healdsburg definitely include Valette in your plans.

This was our 4th time here and it was an amazing meal, as always! The highlights were the crispy crab tacos, the lobster roll, the warm spinach salad, and the clam chowder. Despite how full we were, we had to get the banana bread pudding and it was spectacular! McKenzie provided excellent service. We come from the East Bay to celebrate special occasions here and it is always worth the 1.5 hour drive!!
