He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. We eat at the Copperleaf often, and it never disappoints. The wait staff is experienced and has been working there for years. The food is always delicious and well prepared. This was our second Christmas Eve dinner, and it's strongly recommended.

Or food was great, it was very noisy but also we can deal with that. Our waiter was kinda disinterested and not very friendly to be honest. We got the attention of another waitress who did what we were waiting for in minutes and then some. I know it was busy lady night but also a smile goes a LONG way especially during the holidays.
