- MMikeSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe visited McCormick and Schmick's during restaurant week. It was a great experience. We arrived quite early because our commitments prior to having dinner didn't take as long, and we were able to have a glass of wine at the bar until the hostess came to seat us. The waitress was excellent, very attentive and helpful with the menu. The food was prepared to near perfection and was delicious. We will be going back soon.More infoMcCormick & Schmick's Seafood - Kansas CityPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Plaza / Brookside•4.5
- MMarkKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoHaving never dined at Eddie V’s, we decided to take advantage of Restaurant Week. All 4 of us had something different from the Restaurant Week menu and we all raved about how delicious everything was. Icing on the cake was our fabulous server. She was incredible and described each item in detail. Such a great choice…and we’ll definitely return!More infoEddie V's - Kansas CityPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Kansas City•4.8
- SSarahKansas City / Kansas •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFantastic service - impeccable. Steaks were cooked to perfection. We could have done without any sides. We had mashed potatoes and creamed spinach for sides. I would pass on the spinach in the future. You don’t need sides anyway. It was a nice experience. We had a 2 yo in our party. They brought paper and markers and made it a nice experience for her as well.More infoThe Capital Grille - Kansas CityPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Plaza / Brookside•4.7
- LLindseyKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoOverall, this was a great experience. A friend and I decided on this restaurant as part ok KCRW. We got there early so got a drink and appetizer at the bar. I got the crab cakes. Normally, I would rave about crab cakes, however these fell short. They didn't seem fresh, more like something made the day before and just reheated. My friend got the cauliflower app, which was very good. She also got a couple chocolate martini's also very good. We then got sat at our table. Got a couple more drinks. I got a Bellini martini, yum! She got the wedge salad and I got the crab bisque for the app. Both very good, I could eat the bisque every day! For our main, we both got the filet with mashed potato asparagus. The steak was cooked perfectly med-rare for me and medium for her. The bread, so good, I had to get more. When it was time for dessert, we had to get it to go. The hostesses, bar tender and server were excellent. Very professional and attentive, but not overboard. This is not normally a place that I could afford an a regular occasion so I was glad to see this on KCRW lineup. Great experience, and would to visit again as a date night in the future 🙂More infoPierpont's at Union StationPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Crossroads / Freight District / Boulevard•4.7
