It was my husbands bday. It was such a great experience for him & the entire family!! Waitstaff perfection!! Holiday vegan menu perfection!!

Such a fun evening out. Enjoyed the holiday margarita flight and the monster taco. Also, the fire show was entertaining. The noise level was perfect, super energetic vibe, but not too loud that you couldn’t converse with your table. The service was friendly, fast and attentive. Definitely returning to try more menu items. Well done Mesa!

We had dinner with a group of 4 adults and 3 children (ages 8, 7, 5). The service was top notch, the food was excellent, and they were very good/tolerant with our kids who were drawn to the stage and wanted to dance to Christmas music. The music started getting too loud to talk around 7:30/7:45 as they prepared for karaoke but that's to be expected. We have frequented the location in New Baltimore and we always say they do both tacos and sushi well - and it seems to be the case at the Royal Oak location. I do wish the kids' chicken tenders were a bit higher quality (my daughter's one complaint), but that's minor. The menu is almost overwhelming with choices - but you really can't go wrong.

Went out for my boyfriend’s birthday. Overall an awesome experience. Our server was Paige* (not sure of the spelling).. she was so knowledgeable & friendly right off the bat. We actually ordered 2 of the specials based off her recommendations and they were perfect: Salmon Bites & Rasta Pasta. We had the Chicken Ravioli from their traditional menu & it was amazing. I tried one of the holiday cocktails as well, coconut mojito situation, it was great! I could’ve had 3 easily. 😂 Great place, great service, great food. Will definitely be back!

Johnny's Speakeasy was great. The atmosphere, food and drinks all made for a wonderful experience. We were celebrating a birthday and they did not disappoint.
