Our dishes are centered around the dialogue of balance: on the plate, between sea and land, with sustainability always in mind. Our flight-style dinner experience is priced at $145 per person. Lunch and Dinner is available to the general public, however space is limited and reservations in advance are required. The minimum age for guests is 18 years old and pets are not allowed. Non-hotel guests will be welcomed at the gate house no more than 30 minutes prior to their reservation.

Attentive service and a lovely atmosphere at Parchetto makes it a great restaurant to enjoy lunch with a good friend or loved one. Our salmon salads were perfectly prepared. The bread we asked for was freshly baked from the oven. We had a delicious meal to linger over, and a wonderful catch-up visit on Saturday in beautiful downtown Paso Robles.

One of our go to favorites in Paso! Great atmosphere, amazing food and overall nice experience. When the Sea Bass is available you have to do it. Service is always on point. Paso locals have been running this place for 20+ years and we love to support it.
