My lobster arrived at my table not cooked Had to wait 20 minutes for a new meal. My spouse ate while I waited for my meal and my husband waited while I ate. Not a positive experience this time

I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant as soon as I walked in! We had fantastic service from being shown to our table until leaving. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. I love this idea of shared dining instead of ordering a ready made plate. The steak we ordered was cooked perfectly and our chosen sides were delicious. I don't remember the name of the beet and cheese dish but I literally wiped it clean with the bread loaf that came with it! And we finished it off with sticky toffee pudding. Best of all, we weren't rushed. Along with our cocktails, the price was very reasonable. (We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so they also gave us complimentary champagne - that was lovely) That was my first time there as it was recommended by my son and I will definitely be going back!

Service is always top notch. Cocktails are amazing and food was delicious. Highly recommend the short rib and the brussel sprouts, honestly everything we’ve had there has been so good. Have been multiple times, never disappointed

We were fortunate enough to celebrate both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day brunch at Cliffside at Muskoka Bay, and it was nothing short of spectacular. A huge part of what made our experience so memorable was Madison, who served us for both occasions. Madison is an absolute gem! On New Year’s Eve, she brought unmatched enthusiasm and professionalism, setting the perfect tone for the night. Her knowledge of the menu, paired with her genuine excitement and attentiveness, made the celebration feel extra special. Despite the hustle and bustle of a busy evening, Madison made every guest feel like they were her top priority. She didn’t stop there—when we returned for brunch on New Year’s Day, she somehow managed to top herself. Her energy was just as vibrant, and her ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them was incredible. Madison’s warmth and positivity truly elevated the entire experience, making us feel so welcome and cared for. We also want to highlight James, the food and beverage director, whose leadership was evident in every detail. From a seamless New Year’s Eve celebration to a flawless brunch the next day, James ensured everything was executed to perfection. His dedication to creating memorable experiences was clear, and we’re so grateful for the effort he put into making our celebrations unforgettable. The combination of a stunning venue, delicious food, and an all-star team—especially Madison—made this New Year’s one we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to return and would recommend Cliffside at Muskoka Bay to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience!

Our waitress was amazing. She was fun efficient. And very attentive food was absolutely phenomenal. The prime rib 10 and 10.
