Dining here for our anniversary, we decided we need to go much more often. This is probably the best Italian food either of us has ever had. We had the grilled octopus with butter beans. The octopus was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all which is a common issue. The star of the dish though was the beans, absolutely delicious. They make their own pasta and the gnocchi I had were like pillowy bites of heaven. Just incredibly, melt in your mouth delicious. The server was knowledgeable and super friendly, the staff seemed to really work well together, and everyone was attentive.

Really enjoyed the happy hour. We ordered smash burger, truffle fries, salad, and cocktails and everything was delicious. Enjoyed sitting at the bar countertop. Service and ambience was great. We were traveling through town but would stop again next time in Ashland.

there were five of us celebrating a birthday. We had the chateaubriand for the table. Absolutely outstanding, melt in your mouth, flavorful. For dessert, we shared the carrot cake and the lavender cream Brulé, both of which were very nice. A wonderful celebrate meal. I’ve never thought of serving warmed carrot cake, and was pleasantly surprised how good it was that way.

Hearsay has become our favorite restaurant in Ashland. We've been eating here since they opened, and it just keeps getting even better and better. The food is delicious and beautifully served, and the service is outstanding: warm, thoughtful, professional and always welcoming. Don't miss the goat cheese/hazelnut appetizer and if you like salmon, it's always perfectly cooked. Whether eating in the inviting dining room or the lovely garden, every meal here is just a wonderful dining experience.

This was our first visit since the ownership change and it was fantastic! They have some unique food items that were amazing and both deserts we ordered were yummy! We sat by the inside fire and the ambience was great. Service and cocktails were super!
