Stir was awesome! We started with the oysters Rockefeller which were to die for. We also enjoyed the truffle fries and the cheeseburger egg rolls which were delicious. I had the halibut which was good but needed extra sauce. I asked for the beurre blanc sauce which made it perfect. My friend got the chicken caprese which tasted great, too! Will definitely go back! Make sure to make a reservation!

The waitress was excellent. Great food. Great night celebrating my father n laws 80th birthday. Thank you Chop House!

We shared the 16 oz prime rib. I specifically requested HOT. It arrived luke warm. I sent it back. It came back the way I initially requested. The bread, salad, prime rib and potato were all tasty. The beers were cold and our water was kept full. I recommend The Chop House.

Tammy, our server, was fabulous! She obviously enjoys her work, and interacting with people. We have eaten here many times, but this was our first time for Italian night. Personally, I preferred the other meals we've had here- but I won't give up Italian that quickly either (Tiramisu was great!). We enjoy the ambiance and decor, and ease of getting a reservation for a good meal in town can't be beat.

We went for lunch and was seated right away. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and they kept our glasses full. We will return when in the area.
