Great experience last night. The service was incredible. The drinks and food were great.

The food was unbelievably good!! The cooked garlic and parm oysters were out of this world. Can’t wait until we visit again and can come back for more!

The experience was delightful. The food was a bit pricey but it was delicious. We were there early. Only a few diners along with us. But when we left the crowd started to grow. Our server, Santiago, made the experience. It was our first time there and he did a great job explaining how everything worked.

This is on of my favorite restaurants and I look forward to eating here whenever I’m in McAllen. This meal was fantastic - my dad and I I had the Ahi Tuna which melts in your mouth. My mom loved her scallop dish and my husband enjoyed the fried chicken. Can’t wait to go back.

I give them 6 stars. An unexpected gem in Harlingen. Innovative, tasty. Great wine selection. You can pick a bottle from the wine "shop" in addition to the menu list. This place would be more at home in Houston or Austin where food of this creativity and flavor would be expected. I stopped to speak to a table in the way out and 2 of the diners had come up from Matamoros in Mexico for this level of cuisine. the RGV is home to fabulous bar-b-que and Mexican food. Dos Olivos is a wonderful addition to the region.
