Really enjoyed the lunch today with my family. Food was amazing today, everything came out hot and just like we ordered. For larger parties consider leaving a carafe or two of water on the table makes it easier. Our waitress had us, a 12 top and a couple of 4 tops, so having someone helping with water, silverware and picking up plates would help. Overall, we will be back for sure.

We dined as a group of six and were thoroughly impressed. Everyone loved their entrees, and the service was outstanding. It was a pleasant surprise to find a place this upscale in Toledo. While it was on the pricey side, it was well worth it, and we’ll definitely be back!

The floor manager, Emily was very rude and condescending when it came to one of our steaks being overcooked. It was ordered, medium rare. It came out, probably well done and instead of coming over and trying to rectify the situation. She was very adamant that the steak was medium rare and we were wrong. Luckily Brooke, our server and Greg the bar manager came over and were amazing and very apologetic. Benchmark is one of my favorite places and when I make reservations again if Emily is working, I will be canceling set reservations. Thank God for Brooke and the bar manager Greg they went above and beyond.

Nice people, spent alot of time making us welcomed and comfortable. Excellent food and wine with a good selection. Everything was so well prepared.

I did not like that they automatically added a 20% service fee for a party of two. I also did not like that you had a mandatory $17 valet charge when going to eat. Most nice restaurants are complementary and then you are expected to tip. This was a $17 charge and then a tip just to park the dinner, with no self parking.
