- HHelenLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThere is always a smiling friendly welcome from Connor and his team. We got the table we requested in the main restaurant and close to the warm woodburner. Great variety of food and drinks on offer for lunch and all reasonably priced. The Xmas trees were all sparkly giving a lovely festive atmosphere.More infoThe Old InnPrice: Expensive• British• Wimborne•4.7
- JJohanneLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoBear is a firm favourite with our family and our Christmas brunch did not disappoint. We enjoyed a selection of meals from the brunch menu and the lunch menu including the 3 different burgers, the smashed Mac and the sweet potato and chickpea hash special. All were devoured and very much enjoyed. The coffee is always good and some of the party enjoyed a larger on tap and commented on its smoothness. This was my first weekend brunch and my only negative was no free coffee with the brunch which I now see is an offer that runs Monday - Friday. We were seated at the large high table which might not be for everyone with backless chairs and in the center of the restaurant and thoroughfare so busy and better suited for a quick coffee rather than a longer brunch but I will remember this when booking again. Eating out is not cheap but we felt £100 for 7 of us including a few beers was good value and very much enjoyed. Thanks to all.More infoBEAR WimbornePrice: Moderate• Café• Wimborne•4.6
- BBushraDorset •2 reviews5.0Dined on 10 Dec 2024My 2nd time at The Ivy in Bournemouth Square! I went with a friend and we both had a brilliant experience. The food was excellent. I can highly recommend the sea bass. It is superb and cooked to perfection 👌🏽 Our waitress, Vida was attentive, helpful and friendly. I can honestly say that this is the best restaurant in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. The decor is delightful and a feast for the eyes. It's a wonderful and welcoming place. From the receptionist to the manager, the service is impeccable.More infoIvy BournemouthPrice: Moderate• British• Bournemouth•4.3
