After meeting in the Tunisian village of Sousse, where their grandmothers were neighbours, Alexis and Alexandre decided to unite their roots around a restaurant: Mabrouk - the new Tunisian temple in the Haut Marais, with its thousand-year-old traditions from the East and its reinvention of typical and emblematic dishes. With its large sunny terrace and beautiful turquoise blue shop window, it's impossible to miss. Solo dining can feel a little odd but I was looked after by Arthur who made me feel very welcome. Chatty, friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Good portions, well cooked and very good value. Would visit again.

An absolutely exquisite dining experience! This Franco-Japanese fusion restaurant is a true gem. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with unique, well-balanced flavors. The combination of French technique with Japanese ingredients is perfectly executed, creating an innovative and memorable menu. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel special from start to finish. Highly recommend this culinary journey to anyone looking for something truly exceptional. We were able to watch the Olympic opening ceremonies under a large canopy on a very nice TV. Had pizza, beer and wine almost as good as being at the ceremony itself.
