Dinner was excellent! The smoked fish dip was tasty and well proportioned. Hubby had the coq au vin and it was presented beautifully with silky potatoes. The squash tart was so delicious, with great textures, colours and flavours. It’s always a little scary to pick a restaurant from a brief description but Tableau was a nice surprise! It’s a relaxed French restaurant with excellent food - book a table and enjoy!

Had the best experience last night! Arrived to our table set with bubbles and a birthday card for my friend and had a lovely host seat us. Our server Asad was so fun, attentive, and friendly! He also gave us great recommendations. The AGM Caelan was also amazing! He was very hospitable and brought in a welcoming energy. The bar manager Colton made amazing drinks and brought in the most energetic and fun vibe! Overall, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was out of this world. + try the banana cream pie (the best pie I’ve ever tried - please keep it on the menu)

I discovered this restaurant through Yelp and was blown away! I've traveled to BC from Los Angeles and this was one of the best meals I've had all year. Not only was the food incredible but the service was exceptional. The prices are on the higher end but it's SO worth it. Highly recommend the escargot and the duck. I will definitely be coming back here when I travel back to the city!

Excellent service - waiter was amazing. Tables are a bit to close for my personal liking but it would not stop me from going back.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, and it was such a magical evening. The staff congratulated us, and we even received a lovely treat from the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying the prime ribs — they are simply outstanding and worth every bite. The service was top-notch: attentive, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be coming back!
