Our journeys began in the mid-nineties with all of us having since worked in nearly every position, both front of house and in the kitchens, in some of Scotland’s best hotels, pubs and restaurants. Had a very nice festive meal with friends, everyone really liked their meal, they certainly did not scrimp on the turkey, my wife could not finish hers. The staff were very efficient and friendly.
