Restaurants near Summit Amtrak Station

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary today and everything was exceptional! We're learning French and planning a trip to France next year and thought why not have an anniversary date at a French restaurant and experience French food for the first time. The food was very delicious and the service was amazing. Everything from the foie gras mousse, French onion soup, and the house potato special and trout was delightful. ☺️ The ambience was good. While the music being played is music I listen to, I wish they would've played music that made us feel like we were having a romantic dinner in France, not listening to a U.S. Top 40-like radio station that I would typically listen to on the way home from work. I also wish there was more room between tables. I was sitting down scooched all the way into the table to not be in the way and yet I kept getting bumped into by the server serving the next table and the diners. I'll be sure to reserve seats in front of the chefs cooking next time. Seems like we won't be in the way much and watching the chefs cook seems like an awesome treat! 😄

Gaia was delightful. The evening began early so it wasn't very busy but filled in nicely before we left. The waiter was very accommodating regarding food prep and everything was delicious.

The Chew Chew is always a nice place to dine. I had the crab stuffed rainbow trout, while my wife had the scallops with risotto. Both were delicious!

Staff, service, food, ambiance was fantastic! Definitely don’t feel like you’re in the suburbs, feels like you’re in the city at an amazing restaurant. They even had entertainment which was a nice treat. We will definitely be back!!

Food, ambiance, and establishment were great. Service was slightly lacking, we ordered 6 wings and were brought 8, and charged for 8. We also ordered Asiago stuffed crust pizza. We did not receive stuffed crust pizza but were still charged for Asiago, despite us mentioning the discrepancy to the server.
