Built in 1880, The Inn was at one time a brothel, until it was raided by federal officers. With a passion for family and food the Lujan sisters came together to open Agave Azul Kitchen & Tequila Bar in 2012. Their goal was to bring together a gathering of authentic Mexican home cooking that stuck to their roots. Their family originated from Zacatecas, Mexico and then came to Hughson, California to begin farming. With this heritage came recipes passed down from generation to generation. Food was the center of their life and growing up on a local farm allowed their family to cook at home with food grown on their land. Sandra and Gabby originally had the thought of opening Taqueria El Agave, but it quickly transformed into a full kitchen serving some of their favorite dishes such as pollo con crema y rajas. The unique thing about Agave Azul is their attention and focus to the quality of each of the ingredients that goes into their recipes and their commitment to never sacrificing on quality home grown ingredients.

Galletto Restaurant is THEE restaurant in Modesto, CA. I take my family, special guests, and friends to Galletto Restaurant because I love great food and excellent service. When my granddaughters visit from Idaho, they always ask to have dinner at Galletto Restaurant. Last night’s dinner was delicious as usual, and the service was Top Notch!

it was our anniversary and we had never been there before. Easy booking online, choice of where to sit and excellent service. The food was amazingly delicious and order the minestrone soup was so comforting too We will be back !! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

The restaurant ran out of surf & turf supply, we were offered alternatives. The food is equally good, however, the price difference wasn’t mentioned. We thought the price of the alternate would be close to the original order. No, ot was 50% more. The service was great.
