We were given a warm welcome & greeting upon entering. We were escorted to our table and informed Wendy would be our server. Wendy was absolutely incredible providing extraordinary customer service. She made sure all our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Upon departure we were thanked by our Server Wendy as well as the Hostess at the desk. We’ll be back for sure.

First time going to Terra Gaucha in Jacksonville. It was AMAZING!!! Food was impeccable, service was outstanding! The manager came to our table twice to make sure everything was on point...Ana our waitress was super professional and made sure we had everything we needed, at all times. The stuff was so friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. I can't express how impressed we were with everything! Hands down to management and everyone! Great Xmas eve meal. Our server Misty was very attentive and provided great advice.

PROS: Most of the food and drinks were excellent. Attentive and friendly wait staff. CONS: Wine list not provided with menus. Had to get up and ask for it from someone at the bar. Ran out of ginger beer so couldn’t order another mule drink. One of the filets was grizzly. Dessert was below average.

Our experience dining at  Ruth Chris is always a wonderful one. Upon arriving, we were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess. I had asked for a corner table by the window, so we could see the fabulous view of the bridge at night. Of course Ruth Chris accommodated us! Our waiter was amazing. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us. The young woman who helped serve at our table was also amazing. Both of them went above and beyond for us. The manager paid us a visit twice to ask if we needed anything. When our dinner arrived, our steak was cooked perfectly. The staff really made my husband‘s birthday a special one. Reasons like this are why we continue to dine at Ruth Chris several times a year. We enjoy it so much!
